Utility Billing System Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a PIN to use?

You create your own PIN online. To do this, select the Create Pin option on the menu. You will be asked for information from your current utility bill and a valid email address. These are used to verify you are the party responsible for payment. After you complete the process of requesting a PIN, you will receive a confirmation email with a link you must click on to validate your online account. From that link you will be asked to provide your account number and the PIN you created to verify the account. Once you have created your PIN, you will need your account number and PIN to access your account online.

Where do I find my account number?

Utility Bill Account NumberYour account number appears on your utility bill, near the top left corner (see the graphic). It is a hyphenated number, please include all digits and the hyphen when you enter it on the web site.

Can I see my billing history?

Sure. From the menu on the left, select Billing History. You will be presented with a list of billing statements you have received, showing the amounts billed and payments received. Selecting any of the statements by clicking on the date will present you a copy of that billing statement, showing the individual charges for each utility service.

Can I see my water usage history?

You can see a graph of the last six billing periods by selecting Service Summary from the menu on the left. The summary of your individual charges will show a water charge fee, along with the average you have paid over the last six billing periods. Click on the graph icon and you will be presented with a bar chart of your usage.

You can also see a consumption history by choosing Consumption History from the menu. You will see a Meter Number listed for your water charge. Clicking on that meter number will show a consumption history, along with the number of days between meter readings and averages for daily usage. You can easily monitor your changes in usage through this page.

I have multiple billing locations I'm responsible for, can I manage them through one account?

Yes. Simply select the Master Account Maintenance option from the menu. You will be able to creatye a master account and consolidate all your accounts under that single master account for review.

What are my online payment options?

At this time, we accept MasterCard and Visa for online payments. Debit cards issued by either MasterCard or Visa will also work.
