Parking Ticket System Frequently Asked Questions
What are my online payment options?
At this time, we accept MasterCard and Visa for online payments. Debit cards issued by either MasterCard or Visa will also work.
I lost the ticket, can I pay it anyway?
Yes. You can either select the ticket to pay by using the ticket number printed on the citation itself, or by entering the tag number and state of the vehicle which received the citation.
I have a ticket here but the system says it can't find that number, why is that?
There are two common reasons for this. The first is that your parking citation was not issued by the City of Naples. Parking citations issued by other agencies cannot be paid at the City of Naples, either online or in person. The second possibility is that your ticket has been assigned to a collection agency. Unpaid tickets are assigned to an outside collection service and removed from our system. To pay these tickets and clear your debt with the collection service, you must pay the ticket through the collection service. You may also pay these tickets in person at the Customer Service desk on the first floor of City Hall.
The web site says I have a late fee for my ticket, how come?
Beach parking violations are payable within 10 days without a late fee. After that time they are assigned a late fee that is also due to satisfy the parking violation.
I parked where the sign said parking was permitted, why did I get a ticket?
The signs indicate that parking in those spaces requires a parking permit sticker, not that parking is permitted for anyone. Parking in an unmetered space where a beach parking sticker is required is not allowed unless you have a valid beach parking sticker.
How do I get a beach parking sticker so I don't get ticketed?
Take a look at our Beach Parking Information page for details.
I received a collection notice but I never received a ticket, how do I fix that?
Give us a call at 239-213-1800 or come by the Customer Service desk on the first floor of City Hall. Most likely, the ticket was issued to the vehicle while someone else was driving it, but we can provide details of the citation to help you resolve this.
